Certificates

In 2015, PEKOM became the first company in the Balkans in its field of business to obtain European CE marking for its products.

CE marking identifies products sold within the European Union that comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including safety, health and environmental protection provisions. Products covered by EU legislation requiring CE marking must bear the CE mark to be placed on the EU market. As a long-standing exporter of its products, PEKOM meets the requirements of European Directive 2006/95/EC of 12 December 2006, as well as European standard EN 61537:2007, providing additional assurance of product safety and quality. Quality control of materials and products is carried out daily at our production facilities. Our products have also undergone extensive testing by authorised institutes and laboratories.

Since 2015, PEKOM has held certification from the German certification body TÜV NORD for the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The ISO 9001:2015 certificate confirms that the company's operations comply with the requirements of the standard and recognised business practices aimed at improving product and service quality and customer satisfaction.

PEKOM holds a Certificate of Quality issued by the Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences for a stainless steel strip conductor, intended for air-termination and down-conductor applications, measuring 30 mm × 3.5 mm. The certificate confirms that the product characteristics comply with the requirements of standard SRPS EN IEC 62561-2:2018+AC:2020 regarding cross-sectional area, recommended dimensions, electrical resistance and tensile strength.
